Creating a Presentation Table
For the presentation, I really wanted to make sure that everyone matched and that the brand and personality that we had created for Beyond the Clouds was evident and recognizable outside of the game. I also wanted to make sure that we were recognizable from across the presentation room as well.
One of the things that we did to have a matching look was create tie-dye tee shirts all together! We used the same sort of color scheme that’s seen in our game, and ended up with similar but individualized looks. I personally think that it ended up looking great and we got a lot of positive comments about our look and the visuals of our booth.
I also created us some name tags that all matched and could be attached with magnets. In addition to that, I also created us an acrylic sign that I painted. I created our logo and our business cards as well to make sure that we had consistent branding throughout our setup.
Overall, our group is extremely happy with how our project turned out. The presentation had a fantastic turn out, and many people got to see and play our game. We also got a lot of valuable feedback that we’ll be able to take with us into our next projects. All of us gained very valuable experience and ended up feeling good about what we put out.
